Terms & Conditions

Postage and packaging costs are calculated at checkout and reflect the weight of your order.

I am happy to post my studio pottery to anywhere in the World but you should contact me before purchase if you are not based on mainland UK for a postage quote.  I currently do not post any items from my brocante/pre-owned section i.e. glazed/framed artwork for example or vintage ceramics.  However, its worth checking with me because some items in this section may be suitable for posting oversees.  Let me know and we can work something out.

I use Evri 48 hours and Post Office (depending on your locality) and I post on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  I prefer not to post near to a week-end in case your purchase gets damaged while hanging around in a delivery depot or even lost.

While I package as well as I can, due to the fragile nature of the products, damage can still occur in transit. This is obviously very disappointing and so I am happy for you to collect from me in Southfields, London SW18 - contact me to arrange pick-up.   If you receive a broken item, of course, I will refund or come to an arrangement to send you a replacement.

While I hope that you will not wish to return your purchase, I will accept returns within 30 days but postage is at the buyers expense.  A refund for the goods (excluding postage) will be made upon receipt of the undamaged piece.   Let's try to resolve any problems first - just contact me if you have any concerns.

Wherever possible, I use second-hand boxes and packing materials.  Sometimes I do use new packaging and I ask that you consider the planet and reuse any boxes and packaging if you can.
